What are some things that other people love that you are sick of hearing about?

I'm already tired of hearing about Gravity. I liked it, but...I'm just already done.

Sherlock (this one is harder; as much as I have it blocked on tumblr, my Mom just got into it, so I smile and nod because it's not often she really enjoys things that I know about.)

Most popular fanfics and headcanons. I very rarely agree with the characterization and have no interest in whatever AUs are currently in fashion, so I just tune out every time people start talking about them.

Star Wars. Being the only person I know who doesn't like Star Wars is like being the only sober person in a room full of drunks and being tired of listening to everyone else making noise.

Pacific Rim.

Shingeki no Kyojin and Free! both, because I've been hearing about them all summer and I can't get into either one.

Not exactly 'sick of hearing about' but I'm a tag wrangler on an image posting site and this one person keeps posting pages and pages of nothing but Spiderman and not bothering to tag any of it. I'm starting to develop a kneejerk dislike of the character/franchise as a result.

Well, before getting into Teen Wolf, Teen Wolf. At the moment nothing (that I can think of anyway), though occasionally I just don't feel like hearing about SPN. Mostly the more recent seasons, because I'll always love the old episodes.

Vampires. I was never that fond of them to begin with but I knew several people who were completely obsessed with them and it made my okay-ness of them turn into dislike.

Hannibal, Game of Thrones, Attack on Titan, Swimming Anime (I forget the actual title), Teen Wolf, Supernatural, BBC Sherlock, the Star Trek reboot, and almost every other show and movie that is super-trendy on tumblr.

For a while Merlin would've been on that list too, but the fandom seems to have quieted down since I have not heard anything about it in a while.

Attack on Titan. Fortunately, my corner of tumblr is free from most of the rest of fandom's current darlings, but I'm so sick of naked giants and kids with weird haircuts on my dash.

Also, fucking Anders from Dragon Age, but that's might be too specific.

People love to say "first world problems," and I'm starting to find the term kind of... offensive. It's as though people in third world countries never have problems with their mother-in-laws or things breaking or whatever else. If you honestly think you're poor because you can't afford a Yacht, then yes, you may have first world problems. Being upset that you argued with your brother? Not so much.

Their kids. Especially if I do not know them. Like sure, cute pic and all, but why would I be interested in the elementary school adventure of a mini-human I do not even know. (Same goes for SO's I do not know, really).
