I'm sorry, but I just can't sympathize with you. You lost the ability to enjoy a fairly average movie? You murdered a baby! That baby lost the chance to live because of you, so if the worst thing that happens to you because of your actions is that you can no longer enjoy a film because it reminds you of the time you committed murder, then you've gotten off way lighter than you deserve.

Have you tried watching it in parts? Just specific scenes and work yourself up to watching the whole movie that way?
