I can't believe I forgot this: OP? I'm sorry. They need to kiss and make up already and I'm all for when they do. Molly should not be in a divided home. And Niki and Mohinder? Noooo.

I am very sorry that fandom has ruined that for you. That's sucks so much. And while I won't stop hoping they work out in the end, I will keep my fangirling out of fandom at large (though I was gonna do that anyways, I'll now do it for you. Cuz seriously. That's sucks.)

I never expected support or downright apologies for this secret, now I feel all guilty about posting it. You guys shipping it should, of course, have all the fun in the world and who am I to try to ruin it, and I hope that they'll become really good friends in the end too.

Sorry about that. :/ The overkill was getting to me, especially because all the fic is pure fluff and there's only so much fluff I can take.

21. I'll keep saying this: It's lame that she took the easy way out and waited to say anything about it until after she finished her last book (even if it is true). If it's not in the book, it's not cannon. This is one thing I will be a cannon freak about. Though I agree, OP, I hope people don't turn him into a pedophile just because she's said he's gay. :/ I just know it's going to happen.

If I knew why I was asexual, I'd tell you. But the truth is, little is known about sexual orientation as a whole, so I don't any more know why some people are asexual like me than I know why some people are gay/straight/bi/pansexual/whatevers. I guess there are a lot of asexuals in fandom because fandom has a lot of everyone.

But hey, even if she isn't romantically available, just be happy you have such a great friend in your life, and cherish one another and the closeness you have. Whether it comes in the form of platonic or romantic love, what you have is rare and special, and you should treasure every moment you have together.

Not!Secret 1: Ugh, it's gotten to the point that I hate it when anyone brings up that pairing, because without fail, both sides end up acting like a bunch of melodramatic victims. The people who dislike it think that they're being persecuted because they aren't with the big popular pairing, the people who like it forget that this is one of the most popular pairings out there, etc etc.

My ISP is slow as molasses and I don't care about anonymity anymore so:

I'm not really calling myself (since I do ship it, along with many other pairings) persecuted or anything of the sort. I don't even do anything in PW fandom except lurk. More asking an innocent question than anything.

It's just weird to me that being a fan of the pairing has such a stigma attached to it. No other fandom I've been in was as bad as it is in PW.

Yeah, thankfully I'm only interested in a few pairings and don't usually browse through HP fics to encounter paedophile!Dumbledore fics >__>;.

What I kinda don't get is that a lot of people's reaction over that interview is "OMG CANON GAY" when they're pretty much "Bleh, that's not canon" or "Anything that isn't in the book isn't canon" if it comes to her interviews about other characters.

I know that it's a nice change that now a wise old-powerful 'good' figure is openly gay instead of the pretty boys we usually have, and there certainly is subtext between Dumbledore & Grindelwald (I don't remember if there were any real dialogues between them though.. seemed more of a "tell" then a "show", but then again I need to re-read the book), plus usually her other interviews about other characters seemed like mere add-ons without any support from the book, but still. >__>;

16. I have to say... this vaguely pissed me off. Unless the character is from "Earth" (in whatever aspect it might be) and from a country on said "Earth" that would have some Jewish bringing with it...

Characters are not cut! ARG. It is a completely unnatural thing to have done, and most civilations that have exist have not lopped the skin off their males' penises.

SPECIALLY in anime! It wasn't until outside influences brought into the country that being 'cut' was even introduced into that country.
