It's called Eternal Sonata. Apparently, when Chopin is dieing, you go into his mind and fight monsters in his tripy dreams, in typical JRPG fashion... The game is also one of the few reasons I want to get a XBox 369.

My main fandom, and one I still go back to, is one that slowly died after the anime stopped airing on Adult Swim, never mind the anime universe was only a small portion of what the manga became, and even though the manga itself's over now, I still wish people would read it and write for it.

3. Akagi! I'm thinking of trying that out, because Kaiji is my favorite series this fall. (Plus I somehow watched all of Hikaru no Go without managing to learn any Go (not even from those instructional parts at the end of episodes!), so I don't think the fact that I have no clue how to play mahjong will keep me from enjoying it.)

32. Agreed. I really miss some fansites that used to be around, and Japanese fanart sites seem to disappear about a year after the series is over. ;.; Sometimes I have to use the Wayback Machine to find fanfiction, and that just ain't right.

Maybe the new Slayers boxsets will help revive that fandom...? It could happen.

seriously. :| people act like once a new season starts this is the ONLY ANIME AVAILABLE TO THEM. even with shows that are a few years old, the fandom is like, dead, because everyone has moved onto the new series. right now i'm watching the rose of versailles because uh, it's about 28 years old. :|

Wellllll, I do kind of abandon older series in the new seasons, because I'm following so many series + schoolwork makes very little time for anything else. I barely have enough time to watch these anyway. And on breaks I kind of...get lazy and forget. D:

32. Most of my favorite anime series were made in 1975 and 1995, I love the style so much more than some of the new stuff. What I would not give for some of those old series to come back.
