Uh, have you tried asking them?

I don't know who the character on the right is at all, but what I know of the other two, there are a good traits and bad. It might be that even if you see these characters in a negative light, the people who compared you to them genuinely see these characters positively, or at least were thinking of/talking about the more positive associations when making such a comparison.

Have you tried just asking how/why you are alike to them? i.e. what specific traits brought up the comparison? For all you know, while you're thinking that they're calling your narcissistic by comparing you to Sheldon, they're actually complimenting you on your intelligence or straight-foward thinking (which as its own trait, some people take as a compliment and some as an insult).

On the balance of probability if someone's going to single out Sheldon from the breadth of characters on telly, I'd say it's likely to be more for his blunt rudeness than his intelligence. Though the two traits often go together. I doubt Sheldon is a compliment somehow.

Well, I was only ever a casual viewer at best, but if I were to compare someone to Sheldon in a very general sense/without elaborating on how or why, it would be with an attitude of "you're asshole a lot but most of that is just social ignorance rather than malice, and you are also incredibly intelligent and care for people you consider friends or family". And the actor on the right, I can't pinpoint which character it is exactly but the two characters I am pretty sure he plays are, as far as I know, pretty dumb but also very friendly, caring, and outgoing.

I wouldn't actually mind being called Sheldon*, because even with all his annoying habits and at times meanness. He never means to hurt anyone, he will help you if you need help and most of the times he hurts someone it isn't his intent.

Tho the "fandom nickname" my friends use on me is Mycroft (The BBC!Sherlock version), my family does see a likeness between Hermione and me and so on. I am cool with being associated with highly intelligent people, whom isn't always the best at social stuff, but never intentionally mean. Because I know it isn't meant to be mean.

*It is probably on the list of fandom characters people say remind them of me, but I can't remember if anyone ever calls me that.

then again I love TBBT and Sheldon, so I might be slightly biased...

ETA

ETA: So, I had clicked the link and then left the tab open for a bit, so I didn't see that you even had responded until after I posted my reply.

I am sorry, OP, that your family isn't treating you right. However, having no idea what "not treating you right" means for you, I do have to ask if these character comparisons are actually such a big deal, or if they're just an excuse for you to finally cut yourself off from your family. Because if it's the latter, then hey, more power to you. But if it's the former...then yeah, I think that at the very least it speaks as much about how you see and think of yourself as they think of you.

Though I will add that if they've been treating you in such a way as to leave you unable to speak to a cashier, then perhaps you should consider seeking some form of professional help, because that level of dependency and insecurity is anywhere from extremely unhealthy to flat out dangerous.
