I genuinely enjoy noodles and think most of the people who get on his case are overly sensitive and have a hyped up victimization complex.

I think of him as an intentionally offensive comedian -- and like most of those, he's hit-and-miss.

I'm tired of fucking hearing about him and chard. The more you talk about them the more they post trolly bullshit because they like any attention. Maybe give some lesser know f!s member some attention. There are members (even members in their "group") that are not annoying assholes, and don't get replies to their comments, don't have people who say they like them, etc.

I mean, I agree that sometimes people are overly sensitive. But sometimes he and chard are overly harsh.

Who else is in their "group"? Maybe fingal and herpymcderp? I don't go to chat so I don't really know.

I don't get why we have to give people attention in general. Respond to comments you want to respond to. The way named commenters are treated almost like BNFs here kind of creeps me out. And why is there a "group"? Aren't we all in the same "group"? The one called fandomsecrets?

I think any forum that's been around for a while is going to have its regulars and its BNFs. And the BNFs we have here are definitely not immune from being called out on their bullshit.

I really appreciate that case doesn't get too involved with discussions or the members.

Cliques around the admin of a community usually become the BNFs, but noodles and chard just kind came out of their own accord.

Well, it can still make me uncomfortable. And it does. I wish it was different.

What would you rather have? Something like 4chan where everyone is anonymous so everyone is equal? Honest question not being mean.

Like I said - people responding to people they want to talk to, without this weird... fandom or whatever that's evolved around some people, or the "us vs them" mentality you get when you talk about "those two and their group". I don't think we need to make everyone anonymous for that.

Anon's probably referring to the people who "hang" out with noodles and chard like nurse_joy, herpy, making_excuses, fingalsanteater, etc. the people that stream and go to the stream.

Right, but all of those people interact with fs in general too? They're not an exclusive club.

I'm sick of hearing about them as well.

I genuinely like him and think he's a really good poster. He also goes too far sometimes - I do feel like he was being a dick in that thread the other day. Nobody's perfect, you know?

I like him too. He's like an irritating little brother who's a bit of a dick, but you can't really hate him.

At first I was really wary of noodly and chard because they sounded aggressive, but then I realized that they are actually one of the few who regularly apologize to others and don't mind being held responsible for what they post. So I figured I like them.

I agree. I used to think they were too harsh but now I think Noodles and Chard help maintain a balance by mocking the more ridiculous posters. Some people deserve mocking.

I think sometimes noodly can go to far or push the joke when it's not funny but other times when he's actually been pretty nice.

I don't agree with him all the time and sometimes I think "come on dude, not cool" but I don't really HATE him.
