What immoral/illegal things are you guilty of doing?

(Anonymous) 2014-06-21 09:14 pm (UTC)(link)
Doesn't have to be murder type things. Didn't say thanks to the person holding your door open? Forgot to say sorry when you stepped on someone's toe? That sort of thing yeah. Do you have any regrets about it?

When I was in sixth grade, we were allowed to grade our own tests, and I totally changed my answers. I do feel a bit bad, yeah. I finally owned up to my parents about it a year later.

Pirating stuff. Tons of stuff.

Sometimes I regret that I don't have the money to show the creators that I apperciate their stuff, but I know it's not an excuse, so.

Shoplifting. Breaking and entering. Trespassing.

That's about it.

Before I knew better, I once stiffed a waiter of a tip because our food was late. :/ I think I was still in high school or maybe just out, and honestly didn't realize I was punishing him, not the restaurant. What I remember is that there was basically no one else there that night, either. :/ I mean, it's no surprise as to why, that place shut down practically two weeks later, but still.

God, I torrent so many comics, it's insane. To a lesser extent, movies and music.

To give a sense of just how much space my comics take up, I have a 1tb HD, and all told my comics collection is about 164gb.

I may be about to dognap my neighbors dog. I pulled up today when I got from the store (my parking spot is right near her back door) and saw my neighbor walking out her back door. SHE WAS CARRYING HER PUPPY BY ITS COLLAR. Not even the ruff of its neck, ITS COLLAR. When she saw me, she audibly gasped and put her hand under the puppy's butt so that it was being supported by its neck and butt.

I know if I call animal control they won't do anything (if they even come by to check). they leave the poor thing outside for hours in this hot as fuck weather (sometimes with no water). So.....

Jerking off to leaks celeb nude pics.
Scar Jo and Kat Dennings.
I feel bad, but I still did it, and as those photos were leaked without the participants permission, that makes it very close to rape

Idk how immoral this could be but I have a sugar daddy (which is not what this guy is,I don't do anything for the money but there's no other better definition,I think).I feel sort of bad bc I'm not actually working for it but also free money, right? I'm just fluctuating between feeling like I'm taking advantage of him somehow and not giving a fuck.

I eat in the library all the time, even though we're not allowed. In my defense I never touch the books when I have food, just my own laptop, but I think it's really stupid that we're allowed to have drinks in there but not food. If I'm pulling a marathon research/study session, I need to eat, people. My bag of candy is not going to destroy a book any more than someone's coffee cup if it falls onto it somehow.

...Honestly as I get older I find I've stopped obeying most nonsensical, arbitrary rules. If it helps people/the business/social order, sure. If not, fuck it.

Pirating stuff, sneaking into movies, taking my own food/drinks into movies, borrowing books/CDs/movies from friends and not giving them back.

Those examples aren't illegal or immoral, they're just discourteous.

Once when I was unattached and very, very horny, I made an account on Adult Friend Finder. I just wanted to have no strings sex. I hooked up with a couple of guys. Then I discovered one night stands weren't as much fun as I thought they would be. (I went from being with a guy who was pretty good in bed to hooking up with guys who would fuck a glory hole the wrong way.)

You know that saying that sex is like pizza, even if the pizza is bad, it's still pizza. Well, bad sex is worse than no sex. It really is. For one thing, my nipples aren't meant to be squeezed like you are popping zit. And there's not juicy center so don't bite them that hard either. Ow. I don't regret hooking up with them. I chalk it up as a learning experience. And made me appreciate good sex and realize that masturbation is sometimes the better alternative.

Skipping school, sneaking onto the bus without paying, torrenting TV programs, sneaking outside food into the cinema, sneaking into a movie without paying, and taking food/drink into places I shouldn't(libraries, computer labs and such).

I used to be a serial gummy worms thief at my local supermarket when I was a kid. Never caught, because the day they installed theft detectors was the day I retired. My legend remains intact.

Morally wrong without a question: I did cheat on my boyfriend of two years back when I was eighteen. Don't really regret it either, even though the other guy was even more of a douchebag than my then-boyfriend.

Also, I feel vaguely guilty for not offering up my spot in line at the grocery storre/my seat in public transportation to just about anyone who has less items or is a lot older than me. Then again, that's mostly due to the fact that I had one person too many smirk at me in line when I wanted to buy an item or two and they had a cart full of stuff and one too elderly but otherwise completely healthy person try and make me get off my seat on public transportation when I had a hard enouh time not fainting and they were just fine, so...

Stole a street sign when I was around 15. Took it home on the city bus. No one tried to stop me but one guy did try and buy it from me. I gave it to my mom, she was very proud. I don't feel even a little guilty, but I guess it is illegal.

It was a Do Not Enter sign. They're bigger than they look.

I torrent sometimes. (Mostly old comics, but if I forget to DVR a show or if I have no way of legally watching a series for months and know I'm going to be spoiled, I'll just download it.)

Uh, I stole a single nut or bean (can't remember which) when I was a kid. I was pathetic and afraid to steal anything REAL, so I just slipped one in my pocket and was like, “Take that, establishment”.

I've forgot to return pens to people.

The other day I didn't get up and hold the door open for a woman with a walker because someone else was closer to the door and I thought they would. I was too self-conscious to stand at the door waiting for her. They didn't open the door for her and I hated myself.

When we graded our own papers in school I would occasionally give myself an answer if I was close. I felt so bad about it afterward. And one time in high school someone from my class stole a test and started passing it around (the questions were supposed to be a surprise) but I passed on looking at it because of guilt. Then the teacher noticed it was gone and asked who took it and I felt even worse because I knew but was too scared to say anything.

I live a dangerous life filled with intrigue and excitement.

I cheated on basically every grammar test in my online English class this year. The sad thing is, even given that I was sitting there looking up the answers in the textbook, I was averaging something like 70%.
