3. So do I. :/ I think it's because I think about most of what's going on differently than the mainstream. Plus, I disagree with one of the major fandom communities stance on some things. *sigh*.

14. I hate it when people claim the love of characters are based on the actors. For one, why would there be movies if there wasn't love already? Plus, while I adore Alan Rickman, and love how he plays Snape, I just can't use him for my slashing. Sorry Alan. Plus, he's about 30 years too old for the part. :# And I don't particularly think Tom Felton is all that good looking.

Neither are canon in any way, shape or form. They suffer from typical yaoi fantard "OMG THEY INTERACTED FOR TEN SECONDS THEY MUST BE IN LOVE!" syndrome.
Really, people can write porn about whatever the hell they want, I'll start caring about what people write when I actually read it. Which I never will, but that's not the point. Stating something as canon when it's not just makes you look like a raging moron. You like to draw/write/read porn of a certain pairing, the only justification you need is "I like it" and that's it. Don't throw stupid bullshit canon arguments into it because that just makes it wankier and dumber than it has to be. Not only that but it makes people who don't know any better actually believe that it's canon, which causes more wank.

11 - So I'm not the only one who hoped. Fantasy, magic, it's so much more than 'swords-and-sorcery' and the like. These things do stay with us, I think.

22 - I don't really like Anette's voice, but that's just a personal opinion. I don't think she's 'bad' compared to Tarja, whom I have something of a soft-spot for as I heard her first (heck, for all I know, I'm the only Nightwish fan who grins when playing 'Once' just because it was the first album I ever heard).

The two vocalists are just different, and there's nothing wrong with that, as you say. Yes, bandom should stop bashing both of them.

I'm glad that my friends didn't play WoW. If they did I might not of had anyone to bring me out of my addiction to it.

You shouldn't wish your friends played WoW too, if you are neglecting them to play with purple pixels, you should find the solution yourself and spend more time with THEM not the other way around! It sucks, I know... WoW is a great game and way too much fun than it ought to be, but life goes on.
