22. I think the problem is Dark Passion Play is not a very strong album, especially not as a follow up to Once, in fact the only track I actually like is Amaranth. I still like Nightwish because I've been a fan for years, but what made them unique was Tarja and now with Anette they just kind of sound like every other Nightwish rip-off. Nightwish was gothic metal with a classically trained soprano as their vocalist and it was different. Anette does not have the vocal quality. She can sing well but I feel like I'm listening to Within Temptation or Visions of Atlantis.

22. I just miss Tarja's voice! I'm a big fan of Epica and getting into After Forever and Within Temptation, but no one has the pure operatic strength. She's in a league of her own, with a unique voice. Nightwish just doesn't seem the same without her, now it is just generic symphonic metal band number blah-blah-blah. So really, nothing against Anette, and I hope she does well, but I'm waiting for what Tarja does next.

Blah blah blah, the IchiRuki are nuts and IchiHime is "going to be canon", blah blah first verse, same as the first blah.

Seriously, IchiRuki fans? It's absolutely WONDERFUL that you're losing faith in your ship of choice and you've suddenly been stricken with the "ICHIHIME IS CANON!"-ese, but asking for IchiRuki fans that "don't care if it becomes canon"? Maybe you're looking in the wrong places for them, because I ship IchiRuki and I could give a rat's ass about what "is canon".

Totally. If it wasn't your thing, that's cool; most of Lord of the Rings bored me senseless. But at the very least the YW books handled magic in a unique, much more believable way than just "wave a wand and poof!" Part of the appeal for me is the unusual that makes sense, and that series has a ton of it.

I'm personally getting really tired of the constant powerplays or whatever between her and House, and I never got what was so great about her in the first place, other than the fact that she can go head-to-head with House more often than not. I took the Oath straight from that book, hoping that it would draw the Manual to me. Like how Dari took the Oath from Nina's copy and then it downloaded itself onto her computer. And I was thrilled when I first read about how Irish wizards don't even have books, they just get all the information from the magical residue around Ireland.
