9. I've been writing for years, and I find problems with my work every day. (Hell, I just stumbled across a rather big one the other day, and I hadn't even noticed it myself; my workshop teacher had to point it out several times for me.) If you're at a point where you're that complacent in your own ability, it's not good for you as a writer.

I sympathize with you, what with the moron classmates and all, but going into higher education with that attitude might prove painful.

I didn't like Justin, but it wasn't because of rabid childhood jealousy or anything; I kinda stopped watching the show long before that back then, and just got around to watching Turbo reruns this past summer. Justin as a whole was a bad idea from the get-go, in my opinion; his personality and most of his episodes just made it sting all the more. He just... didn't mesh with the cast at all, really. Made me miss Rocky.

That said, I think a lot of people at least have legitimate reasons not to like Justin, so... D:

25. I was similar; I went into Death Note knowing about Matt, and then he was given about two minutes in an episode, and that was it. I was extremely disappointed, because I knew who he was but not what he was about, and I was interested. You let me down, animators! *WOE*

I never would have watched the Horatio Hornblower series had someone in fandom (can't remember where) not mentioned it as being something they slashed to hell. Now I'm reading the books. I regret nothing!

Sometimes it's the only way. O.o I never would have gotten through the non-stop whining in Frankenstein if I hadn't been slashing Victor/Henry and Victor/Monster the entire time.

Damn I hated that book. And then we spent like a MONTH analyzing the damn thing! I never want to see any more Frankenstein ever again.

22. Oh man, that takes me back. I'm not about to waste the energy now, but back then, I hated Justin with a passion, not only because it seemed grossly unfair that a kid my age became a Ranger (thus removing hope from the concept of becoming one when I "grew up"), but mostly because Billy was one of my first crushes. In fact, I didn't realize it until right this moment, but looking back... Billy is the first time I ingored the muscular, sexy, martial arts-type blokes, looked at the nerdy guy with glasses and went, "Ooh, yes please. I'd like that one."

05. I hated her, too. She made me angry and I wanted to smack her. I hope she stays gone.

25. XDD I didn't notice him, either. I remember freaking out and saying, "WTF, WHO IS MATT??" until I finally went back and searched for him. I don't feel stupid or anything, but I certainly feel like I'm missing some real important cog that all the Matt fans saw and I didn't.

28. I'm that way too! With movies and books - even TV shows sometimes, if they're mentioned in one of my fandoms, I think, "hmm...I should look into that."
