I'm reading this secret as: "Let's talk about how awesome this pairing is" because I don't actually believe OP is serious, even as a troll, just wants to discuss Jesus slash.

I'm Jesus/Judas myself, though I owe that entirely to Jesus Christ Superstar.

I will admit that I am uncomfortable with anyone "shipping" Jesus with anybody.

It doesn't make me froth with rage though. I just stay far, far away from it.

(I'm curious, OP, as to why this particular pairing is so unpalatable to you? As opposed to other religion-based pairings? I mean I don't really like any of them, but why this one?)

...We actually HAVE discussed cosplaying them, all the more so because we ARE religious. She has Buddhist leanings, I'm a Christian, we have frequently discussed how much they really have in common, and therefore the second we found out about this series we fell in love with the idea. :D

'Cool, Starry, Bra!' Time

Many, many years ago, I had a Sunday school teacher [I went to a Christian Protestant-denomination church] theorize that as a teenager/young adult, Jesus had travelled to India or thereabouts and had studied with Buddhist monks, who influenced his teachings. This was how she rationalized [for lack of a better word, I suppose] the similarities between the much older Buddhist religion and Christianity. She supposed that the reason this wasn't mentioned in the Bible--and most of Jesus's life has been left out of the Bible--was because Christian elders didn't want the young'uns checking out Buddhism or any other religion, lest they be tempted away from the ~true~ religion.

Anyhoo, her theory made a lot of sense to me at the time. Idk if I ship it, exactly, but the idea that anyone who did would be going to hell is very, very strange to me....would you mind elaborating as to why you think that is, OP?
