Started watching Breaking Bad after much needling.

Still not exactly enjoying it. I basically hate all of the characters, except for one. I'm going to stick it out though, because I'm already on season 3.

Been playing World of Warcraft. I started watching Parks and Rec but I am not sure if I can continue to. I get too much second hand embarrassment from it. X.X

Just finished Ice Cold Grave by Charlaine Harris. Good mystery with colorful characters. Now to get my hands on the next in series.

I'm in between fics, so I've been playing a lot of Sunless Sea on Steam and re-watching the Alien films. All of them. Including the bad ones. *Especially* the bad ones.

Watching Brooklyn Nine Nine. It's very funny, and I'm enjoying even more than I expected. There hasn't been a single bad episode so far.

Rewatching the first season of Wakfu, now that the second is on Netflix. I've been having a miserable couple weeks, and it makes for excellent comfort watching while I'm knitting.

I just read the wonderful comic Through the Woods by Emily Carroll and have subsequently become obsessed with her. It's a sorta typical scary short stories kinda book, but it's well written and the art and the writing go really well together. And the stories are actually fairly creepy, especially the last one about monsters with teeth like piano keys (I can't get that image out of my head.)

Also, I've been playing Bowser's Inside Story the last couple of days. I picked it up again after a looong break and I've been amazed how good the writing is in that game. All the dialogue is really good and funny. Ann playing as Bowser is mega cool :D

I've been trying to catch up on TV.
I just finished this season of POI and now I'm working on SPN (on Fan-Fiction currently).

Also, I watched Emma (with JLM) and I've been watching as many Hobbit/Tolkien Fanvids as I can find.

And I've been rereading some of my old stuff that I keep meaning to publish but never do.

Going through Borderlands, mostly solo with a brief visit by a couple friends of mine. It's just as fun as I remember playing it when it first came out.

Watching Oz and after five seasons I'm still not certain I like it.

Reading Tom Clancy. No idea why, except it sounded like a good idea at the time.

Working on my four year old WIP and making some progress, slow though it might be.

Currently reading 'Mr Perfect' by Linda Howard. It's surprisingly enjoyable and funny. I usually avoid reading romance novels, since they rarely seem to have the tropes and character dynamics I enjoy, but this was recommended to me so I decided to give it a go.

Also reading 'Long For This World' by Jonathan Weiner (which is about antiaging science and gerontology - it's research for a book I'm writing. I've got a whole stack of them.)

Watching: Marble Hornets. Decided to go through and rewatch the whole thing.

I'm trying to make serious progress in Final Fantasy XIV before the Gold Saucer area and the first expansion hit. I keep getting distracted by crafting. It's so fun to me!

I'm also going to pick up Brooklyn 99 for related reasons--I always need to have something on while I'm grinding in games. Other than that... waiting for a new presentation on a game I'm looking forward to and watching a neat drama about Anne of Green Gables being translated into Japanese. It's a little hokey, but I'm a sucker for subjects like that.

I also read the Goblin Emperor by Katherine Addison during a recent trip. I thought it was a fairly solid standalone.

I just started reading Saga and East of West the other day and I'm really enjoying both so far. I also had this urge to marathon the Shrek movies, so I did that with my brother and sister and it was fun.

Well, I've rewatched all but one episode of In the Flesh (I can never say this enough: fuck Gary. Fuck Gary so much), rewatched half of North and South (need to finish both of these...Richard is so damn dreamy, ugh), and watched the Psych pilot (thanks for the rec, guys!). It was way funnier than I expected and I like the cast a lot! (Shawn and Gus are adorable together, and Tim is indeed very sexy. Also... AMBER! She doesn't stay, right?)

Other than that, mainly reading Bagginshield fic. (With a bit of Inquisitor/Dorian and Inquisitor/Bull now and then.)

The new series of Top Gear (UK) and been lamenting just how BAD they're scripted stuff has gotten/is getting. And that they won't let the Argentina thing go yet. I used to love this show, now it's more likely to piss me off.

Also, Blacklist is back. Oh, god, The Following must be coming back, soon, toooooo....

Not reading anything atm. And I'm not really a gamer, but I've been playing Microsoft Sudoku on my phone--had to reset my phone recently and lost all my progress on that. Also playing Bubble Witch 2 and Diamond Digger.

Nothing really. Just sort of been poking around with old favorites. In between stuff at the moment.

There's a couple shows that I've been meaning to check out (notably Galavant) but for whatever reason I just haven't. Bleh.

Aside from catching up with my standard TV shows I've not been watching much. Gave Galavant a go and was thoroughly entertained by it and I've been meaning to watch the rest but I've gotten sidetracked by many things.

As for games playing Warcraft as always and I've gotten a bit sucked into two silly tablet games that let you shelter animals and breed them to create genetic monstrosities.

Playing Pokemon X really slowly or badly. I've put in almost 80 hours, but only have two gyms under my belt. Trading and filling out the Kalos dex, gathering unavailable mons from the currently unavaible national dex, making and hatching breedjects for trading, and growing every single berry seems more important than making a usable team that makes sense even in this easy mode game.

Finished season 3 of Game of Thrones with my dad, who is actually the perfect person to watch this with. We make excellent commentary and discussion about things like, "I think it looks like -26 C over there. Jon Snow's chubby buddy should really wear something to cover his face for the wind chill," and how much Dany's adventures suuuuuck.

Also, I took a break from the Marvel Transformers to read the first TPBs of the IDW MTMTE/RiD ones. They were on sale a while back, so hell yeah they get pushed up the priority list.

As for Person of Interest, I am simultaneously happy and terrified because of the circumstances of the last few eps. Last ep I watched was the Control one, who I was pleased as punch to see back because I am in love with her.

Even though I don't have HBO or even an HBO Go password I'm looking forward to next Sunday. That means new episodes of Last Week Tonight. Woot! In the meantime, I've been rewatching everything from that show that's been uploaded on YouTube.
