3. I think the only problem I had with Willow being gay, was the fact that they couldn't have her identify as bisexual. If they had gone that route Willow's relationship with Oz and old feelings for Xander would still have been upheld, and she could still be with Tara and it would have been a great counterpoint to the "bisexuals are all promiscuous sluts" stereotype that still seems to exist.

I don't think I wanted Willow not to be gay though, looking back, because I went through my own realization about my sexuality about the same time she did, and while it wasn't the set off, it was comforting, it was the first time I felt that something I watched really spoke to me.

8. I liked anime!Rei later on when she wasn't as berating or harsh on Usagi, and I hated that they had her be a rival for Mamoru in the anime (one because Rei could do so much better.) I do prefer manga!Rei (and PGSM!Rei) as well, but I think the inner senshi all get sort of screwed in how unimportant they seem later on. I wanted a group of friends like that, and how little they factored in in later plots annoyed me.

2. ...Eh. I'm not so big on Barrowman, but I'm not going to stop loving the character he plays just because he's an ass. Your hatred's pretty strong if you lose respect for general New Who fans because of him. And kinda...unreasonable. I mean, if you said "I lose respect for fans of New Who" dead stop, that'd be one thing. But because of one asshole actor?
Unless I'm misunderstanding your secret.

8. True, there was more character development and character relationships in the anime... But that's kinda what I liked about the manga :D You had to draw your own conclusions from the clues hidden throughout.

16. I'd leave a letter to my best friend with detailed instructions. And a will for when I'm declared legally dead. But I'd make sure no one saw me.

YES. I loved Tara, I loved Willow falling in love with Tara, but constantly being hit over the head with the "Willow is gay now. Willow is very, very gay now. Look at Willow being gay. Willow will never have sexual feelings for a guy ever again because Willow is gaygaygaygaygay."? Epic fail, Joss. Way to invalidate her relationship with Oz - which is still the best relationship in the Buffy-verse.

Please, someone, restore my faith in humanity and show me a decent bisexual character on television. (Who isn't a complete slut.)

3. I don't hate that they made her a lesbian - I'm pretty indifferent towards orientation for the most part, and I loved her and Tara together. I have to agree, though, that Kennedy was horrible. She killed every scene she was in for me.

I'm really sorry I haven't commented yet. (This is me assuming you're talking about me, considering I'm one of the whole five people that ships those two hardcore, and I'm pretty sure I'm the most well-known.) I have a backlog of comments I need to make, from RPs to LJ posts to fanfics to pictures. I got really turned around over the holidays and have yet to get completely back on track.

BUT I LOVE THE PICTURE. LIKE WHOA. AND I WILL GO COMMENT ON IT ASAP, 'KAY? It actually made me REALLY happy when I first saw it, to the point that I went "I'm going to wait to leave a meaningful comment on this instead of just fangirl jabbber." (Ask Blu, she knows I do this all the time.)
