Seriously though I agree with this. lets see some 'strong latina' or 'strong asian' or 'strong native or aboriginal' characters out there. I would love to see someone write/rp/something a maori character, or a mayan.

Strong Latina? Have you ever seen Scrubs? Carla could kick your ass down one ward of that fucking hospital and then all the way back without stopping her pissed-off-yammering that would probably break your soul into itty bitty pieces of shame.

You definitely won't regret watching it- it's brilliant, the characters are disturbingly lovable and despite Anon's point, Carla is not a trashy shrieky skankbitch. Well, she's a bitch, but not a skank. You know what I mean.

BUT BASICALLY, it's worth a shot on your end, XD. Honestly, it's amazing and, save for the 7th season, it's actually entertaining and well-written.

There are tons of "strong latina" characters. Unfortunately, people seem to think that "strong latina" = trashy, shrieky skankbitch, sooo... yeah.

And there's shit-tons of "strong asian" characters, so I'm not quite sure what cave you've been in on that front.

I'm talkin about literary characters, and ones in online rps/fiction etc...ie not TV. I don't really watch much outside of documentaries XP

Well... In the game Rogue Galaxy, there's a kick ass female character that is from a planet that is clearly inspired in the South American forests, and their Natives, if that counts...

It was more the fact that everyone sits there and says blacks have it so fucking bad, but they forget about native americans, they forget about aboriginal australians, they forget about every other culture that 'white guys' have fucked up.

Because, like it or not, black people are still stereotyped, under-represented, etc. Even if they are more represented than other ethnicities.

They have to talk, honey. And they have to talk about them. It's just that there is still a awesome lack of other POC characters that doesn't have anything to do with black characters.
