No, I don't masturbate in the theater. But I tend to unconsciously shift and move when I'm turned on. I doubt it's as obvious as you think to other people around you, especially in a dark theater, when you're watching an exciting movie which could explain it away. But it's still really awkward and distracting being aroused next to a family member. I do sympathize.
