14. Even with Haseo/Atoli as my OTP, I still give you a hearty WORD. Love him though I do, Haseo's a prick. And honestly, the entire supporting cast was cooler than him.

57. I'm also going to have to agree that if anyone feels that strongly against you because of your weight, then they're not worth knowing. (And as someone who is currently dealing with a fear of being mocked, I don't think it's really worth it. It's a risk that comes with being even semi-active in fandom, but even with that it's better than sitting on the sidelines and wanting to participate, but being too afraid to say anything. :) )

20. What the heck are you talking about? There are tons of Haine and/or Badou icons. Haine shit is everywhere! I remember not so long ago I had to put out an open call for icon recs because I couldn't find any for Naoto. God forbid if I tried to look for Mihai icons back then.

Also, and this is totally a personal thing, my own pet peeve with DOGS iconage is the use of colors. Pastel green and orange? Too hip for my blood.

Well, I don't know about canon Sues, because the shoujo that I'm keeping to now limit those quite well, but if you ever want to see a real, honest to god, Canon-Stu, then try Prince of Tennis. xP Yukimura apparently scores off the CHARTS on the Mary-Sue/Gary-Stu quiz, and while he's the worst, the other guys aren't much better.

That doesn't stop me from loving them, but still. ♥

2. Honestly, aside from the recent Burial arc, I've become a bit disillusioned with her work -- just how long it's taking to tie up Saiyuki is driving me crazy, and considering that sticking out a simple twenty-five episode series is hard for me... ^^'

28. GIYGAS TERRIFIES ME TOO! @_@ ...I'm playing Earthbound again currently, after I haven't in many years. I'm going through it reeeeally slow and I know I'm going to freak out when I get to Giygas again. It seems crazy to be afraid of him from an outside POV, I'm sure, but those who have played the game can usually understand. o_o;; ...I had no idea it was linked to a traumatic experience the game director had though. Wow.

32. ...I know just how you feel. ._.; Nearly everyone I know likes it, and definitely the few friends I'm close to (especially in my main fandom). I just feel like I can't relate and like I'm alienated from them in a way. I know they say it's fine that I don't like it, but things have changed so much since then. And sometimes I see things that make me think I'm kinda in the way of their fun...

41. I don't do the hate thing at all, but the second part I can relate to. I'm sick of being treated like I'm homophobic because I don't like it at all (even in passing comments - as though they think I don't see them or something? Give me a break.). I have a friend from middle school/highschool I crushed on for six years who turned out to be gay. And that sure as hell didn't change anything. I think he trusted me for support more than his other friends, even knowing that I liked him before, because he knew I wouldn't judge him for his preferences.

Not just any traumatic experience - the director wandered into an adult movie theatre as a kid and witnessed a scene of a woman being raped. Once you know that, it actually makes things even CREEPIER, believe it or not. Just watch Giygas's dialogue (... ness... It hurts... I feel g.. o.. o.. d...) and see what I mean.
