Cooking!
Anyone else want to share cooking? I'm just so excited by this and i hope it turns out good, it's the first time I'm making it and my dad's the one who usually does it, so I have a lot to live up to.

I'm really glad that turned out well because halal meat is a pain to get for me and it would be a terrible waste to mess up. I made brownies to give to some new friends earlier too and they all really liked them, which was a huge relief because I'd actually burnt the edges a bit :x

I know it's going to be crazy and I'll be really tempted to snack while on campus, so I'm trying to head that off with a filling lunch (pasta + green bell pepper + asparagus +chicken breast, with a Greek yogurt dressing to dip into.) Actual dinner tonight is going to be a baked sweet potato. Not very elaborate, but delicious.

I made some seven layer dip with black bean dip as a base last night and it was thoroughly demolished by the dinner company, and the compliments were very nice.
No huge plans today. Probably just going to roast some vegetables and leave it at that since I made an omelette for lunch.
