1. Had the book been about Neville instead of Harry then the fandom would hate Neville and wish someone had been the chosen one instead.

3. I get the feeling too, because then it'd have been some tortured and lost bishie, instead of, you know, a woman? To be honest Nena's habit of making the peace sign bugs me a hell of a lot more than what she did to Louise.

Not that I hate Louise, but when the shock of what she'd done worn off I realized I still like Nena, I just can't hate on Gundam girls, I have tendency to like them all.

16. I don't get why people keep bitching about Ryoma being almighty, he's the main character of a sports shonen, DUH!

69. What does being a 'char' mean? He's great, and hot, and an awesome pilot, I don't know who to root for here because there are amazing characters on all sides.

Char is this guy (ttp://sagiarsyad.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2007/12/snapshot20071212232330.jpg") from the original Gundam series, and there tends to be some incarnation of a Char-like character who is obviously an antagonist (for GW, Zechs is the Char character, and I don't know what the character is for that series, sometimes they wear a mask, and sometimes they don't)

14. Honestly, the way I ended up talking to one of the cast members and getting his autograph was because I made a really in-depth site about him/his character. One of his friends contacted ME. So you have to put in like a little bit of effort, but you don't have to be 'elite and socially adept'. This was years, ago, too :)

I think the difference is that Allelujah actually feels remorse for the people he kills. Nena just seems to think it's funny when people get killed by her.

It's the difference between a trained soldier and a power-crazed kid. It's not just because Nena is female -_- At least, I don't see it that way.

I was kind of excited when I found out one of the Thrones pilots was female, to be honest.

Slightly off topic, but all I want for Gundam 00 is for it to have a good old fashioned Kill 'em All Tomino ending. We haven't had one of those since the guy cheered up. Episode 18 looks like a good start. (I know Tomino's not directing it, but I want to see that kind of ending.)
