Most youtube video's really. I mean, I like youtube for music video's or educational things, but so many people who try to "run a channel" and have a webshow sort of thing, I feel secondhand embarrassment for.

The latter is why I didn't even bother with The Lizzie Bennet Diaries. I honestly assumed it was another web show that would be cancelled after a few episodes, and found out it was an actual professional thing too late. (Well, not too late as I finally watched it and realized how awesome it was, but I missed out on all the fun stuff.)

I don't like it when shops have a website and they list their products, but they don't allow you to buy them online.

I hate that. Especially when there's no other way to get them. Or when a site touts something and it is sold out forever. Or like this sofa, isn't even a thing. http://www.coolthings.com/orwell-sofa/ This sofa would solve so many problems for me but it's just a prototype.

Websites that don't tell you when the store/restaurant is open, or they make that info really hard to find. 90% of the time, that's why I'm checking the website.

What makes that even more fantastic is when you go to the store to buy said thing and they don't have it, but the website doesn't say 'out of stock' anywhere. :|

I am so fucking sick of those people who beg for money on Tumblr because they are about to be kicked out of their home or some other bullshit.

It is always the same sobs story I am just supposed to believe. But I saw one that just took the fucking cake.

This person and her friend need $4000 to find a new home since they can't live with their grandma any more. The friend has a family that is totally emotionally abusive. You just have to believe them. This family HATES the friend so much they offered to buy a ticket for her so she doesn't have to live on a street.

But, not only do they need money they can't have a roommate OR live in an apartment with someone on top. Someone living above them would stress them out so much they would commit suicide (they said that).

And then they end with "And if we don't get this money my friend will go home and kill herself."

Fuck you. Fuck your guilt tripping. Grow the fuck up and get a therapist, a job and/or disability.

To be fair, it's not that easy. While yes, the begging and guilt-tripping is reprehensible, if they're truly mentally ill, it might not be that easy to get (or keep) a job. Depending on where they live, not having a job might make therapy unaffordable.

And applying for disability is really hard. I've seen the process up close with my grandmother, who was legally blind, but still had to jump through hoops for over half a year to get it.

The guilty tripping is what I hate the most, because it's so obviously perfectly scripted for tumblr's audience and yet manipulative that it somehow works, so telling people to stop feeding scammers is never an option and these things never go away.

Look, just because I watch Drag Race on youtube sometimes does not mean I want to see makeup commercials. I do not wear makeup. Stop.

You know, maybe I would be okay with this if google actually had any idea of what I actually wanted. I would be just fine with a bunch of video game ads.

Autoplay ads. They're so incredibly obnoxious. I get that advertisers need to sell products and promote things, but autoplay ads make me LESS interested in what they're selling, not MORE.

-Clickbait. in general. Like, Facebook viral posts that go around - so obnoxiously worded while trying to be mysterious. Like, "You'll never believe what this woman gave up for two years!" I will NEVER CLICK YOU.

-On a similar vein, when websites try to monetize off of Youtube videos they don't own by spreading viral, five sentence articles about a video of a cat wearing a bow tie. And when people repost that shit, rather than just the Youtube video itself.

-Also clickbaity, when articles are "lists" and separate each damn item on a different page. "40 Nostalgic Things About the 90's! Separated onto 20 different pages!" Even non-list articles do this. Fuck you WebMD, no one wants to click through a million pages especially if it's only basic text.

-Autoplaying videos. I seriously disabled Flash on my browser because I'm sick of it. I NEVER want a video to autoplay. Why the fuck would you think I want your video to autoplay? I don't care if I click on even a news article, you give me the damn choice to watch that video when I'm good and ready. Also, Youtube's fucking default of "autoplaying" to a new video. Yes, I turn it off, but why in the world would the majority of users suddenly want to watch a new random video... not even one necessarily uploaded by the same user, too.

-Basically any privacy-digging, personal-info selling shit like everything Facebook does.
