They have a lot more interactions in the novels, and by the end of a certain arc, both of them have come to something quite close to forgiveness and understanding. Someone in the comm posted a summary of that, I can't remember the link though. So, I don't think the fact that Luck sealed Dallas in a can will be such a big hindrance for shipping Luck/Eve.
