Pretty standard. Not particularly long, not porn star short, of a more or less average color for my ethnicity and skin tone.

Cosmetically speaking, labia minora that extend more than a centimetre or so past the labia majora are considered "long". At least... enough to warrant a good case for surgical alteration (or so I'm told).

I'm personally not sure it's healthy to take the cosmetic definition as gospel, though.

I'm super self conscious about them. They are on the long side... they are sometimes longer than the outer labia. And uneven, one side is longer than the other.

I'm self conscious because I am a lesbian. I actually never even thought about this before and had lots of great sex until I heard this was a thing I should be self conscious about.

You should absolutely not be self conscious about your labia. There's nothing wrong with a vulva that doesn't have porn star lips.

Though individuals vary widely, this is actually the norm. (Ref: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Labiaplasty#Size_of_the_labia)

Unfortunately, the less common case, where the labia minora are (much) smaller than the majora is what tends to be considered most visually appealing, especially in pornography (ever notice how it's never what most women look like that's considered most attractive, but rather a minority to which the rest must "aspire" - even if that means the ideal must shift over time? see: ideal weight, ideal skin tone, etc.)
