Enjoying a fictional portrayal of something doesn't mean you react positively to encountering it in real life. Not because everyone's a raging hypocrite inside, but because the fictional portrayals are, by default, more likable. Of course women who have sex and talk about sex are fine. If they're hot and rich with too many shoes.

49 - well, Marvel itself did a pretty bad job of decimation. I mean, a lot of people got whacked, but it didn't have the same impact on the main cash cows as I was hoping. Besides, if mutation is an evolution of the genes it isn't exactly like Wanda's little side trip is going to stop evolution as a whole.

Actually, according to Hank McCoy (and Marvel as a whole) Wanda completely suppressed all x-genes. There are NO mutant babies being born, aside from that one in Messiah CompleX. The current generation is the last one... until they retcon HoM, anyway.

46. Thank you for realizing what's wrong with art theft. It restores some tiny part of my belief in humanity, I guess, to know that former art thieves can understand the depth of what they did wrong. God knows I've tried to explain to non-art thieves how wrong art theft is, and they didn't even get it, so it's so nice to see someone who can understand it without having their own art stolen first. Maybe this sounds weird, but I've just become really disillusioned by so many self-righteous, lying art thieves who really have no clue what they're doing, so to see a former one who really does understand really warms my heart.

60. When I see a hawk, I always first ask myself if it's riding the thermals, and second, if maybe it's Tobias. I'm 21 now, and I still think of those two things first.

18. It's one thing to view porn, and another to put your "pen" (be it digitally or otherwise) to it. If you're uncomfortable with describing certain acts or body parts, know that it's ok to be. You're by no means the first person in the history of fanfiction to feel that way. Give yourself time if it won't come out the way you want it to right away, and eventually you'll be able to do it. That's what I do.
