I am going to hang out with some friends, try new food, and visit some art work by Yazawa Ai in the Tokyo Skytree...possibly tomorrow.

Not sure yet. I have the house to myself, but no access to a car. Lots of studying, certainly. But other than that I haven't decided yet. Maybe a LOTR marathon?

I have booze and I have drugs. The pantry is fully stocked with chips, cookies, and pickled cucumbers (hey, don't you judge me) so I think I am going to be alright. For the weekend at least.

Cleaning up the legit disaster area my house has become the past week while I've been sick - I've done almost nothing but lie in bed and play room escape games online in between hacking up my lungs since last Friday.

My whole family is coming to see me! They are all located in various parts of Malaysia, my brother's in Egypt, and I'm in the UK, so I'm super excited :D I'm taking the train to London tomorrow!

...Can someone explain what is going on in the Benedict Cumberbatch Sherlock fandom? There are people on my dash who are really upset about something and I have no idea what happened, but others in the same fandom are fighting with them and calling them delusional. There's a lot of "you're homophobic" and "yeah well you're misogynistic" flying back and forth, and it's confusing to me.

I'm the small-town NEET anon, checking in with an update. Today I went to an interview to be a cake decorator, and the lady giving the interview said "There have been changes around here, so now interviews only consist of one question. Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer, co-worker, etc."

I had gotten myself pumped up to talk about my skills and how I could use them in the job, and I got... this? I answered it just fine, but I still think it's strange that it was that brief. If that was the case, why was the interview in-person? Huh.
