It's even weirder with the manga. You'd have to completely pretend Muraki doesn't exist, ignore the fact that Tatsumi is totally in love with Tsuzuki and can't get over it, TOTALLY ignore the Earl (STOP TRYING TO GET IN TSUZUKI'S PANTS, HAKUSHAKU-SAMA D: D: D:), skip over all the Tsuzuki/Hisoka hints, and... skip completely over the part in the manga with the blowjob. Er.

I adore the Tidus/Rikku relationship, whether it be romantic or not. I just wish Rikku in X-2 showed more of an emotional reaction to Tidus's death. Basically she seemed sad because Yuna was sad, instead of feeling depressed because she missed him. Another X-2 problem to add to the list, I guess...But yea, I agree.

And even MoriDaiki is a "small" pairing--it's only the one "most *pnish* fans ship". And by most I mean, like, 30. Of 500. Most *pnish* fans don't seem to ship ANYONE. Unless all the other 470something people ship Eiji/Tuti, Tuti/Daiki, Daiki/Wasshi, Tuti/Wasshi, and Eiji/Wasshi, or some variant thereof.

I've never seen anyone be hostile about pairings in Old Cast fandom at least (seen some wars between the newer Myu cast shippers).
