Anyway, FW doesn't get all the assholes. And sometimes people get on not because they're assholes, but because they're nuts, stupid or etc. Or because they won't shut up about how FW is killing fandom or some nonsense. Loads of reasons. I've had friends on FW, and while at the time (actually - several times <3) they were not on their best behavior, they aren't assholes. They're just... occasionally wanky :| FW shouldn't be taken as seriously as it is, but there you go. The lulz aspect is why I stick around, and also my friends over there. Sticking it to assholes in fandom I dislike, not so much.

I thought Elizabeth had the potential to be FUCKING AWESOME. After the second film, I had come up with an interpretation of her character that I loved. It was my firm believe that Elizabeth is, at heart, a nasty piece of work. I think she is a self-serving, survivalist bitch who is incapable of genuinely loving anyone. And I LOVE her that way.

But the third movie just made her SUCK. I fucking hate the way her storyline was resolved, and the way she ended up. It would've been much better if they'd let her character go in a less typical direction.

I kind of agree. It wasn't a "great" relationship, but it was a funny one, even when it was horrifically uncomfortable (the party...ugh! :D). I guess it had its limits for the writers and it was better to see the relationship go away than have it become stale and boring to watch.
