I think everything is fun and everything is funny. I talk way too much (also sometimes a problem when I'm not drunk) and I just generally laugh and have a good time. But I take medication now and can't drink alcohol at all.

I get super chatty, and my nose and/or sinuses usually have some kind of reaction as well, but that depends on what I'm drinking.

Nothing, really - I apparently have the alcohol tolerance of a rhino. My friends have tried to get me drunk and have never managed to succeed because they always got drunk before I was even more than mildly tipsy.

Oh, I'll find some balance myself. The problem is if I'll be capable of giving the students an adequate schooling. The alternative was to put a small group going into nursing in with a huge and rowdy bunch going into carpentry; it would be far from ideal, but the logistics would've been a lot less headachy.

Any and all use of text speak when you are not texting or on Twitter. If you are typing out an email or a post on Tumblr, Facebook, or a place like this, just type real words. Some abbreviations are fine, but not constant "u ppl" kind of stuff. Even if you are posting from a phone, try to avoid it, but if you're sitting in front of a real keyboard then you have no excuse.

I feel you on the tolerance thing, I normally start feeling it around the time everyone else is getting ready to go home, then sulk a bit because I'm now in party mode and there's no one to party with, lol.

Not a rarely used item where I live, but if you have a car and live in a place where it could possibly get icy on the windshield overnight, you should have a scraper. I had to scrape ice of my rental car with a library card while visiting a cousin near San Francisco.

How are you enjoying it?

Working all weekend, but I don't mind as most of my friends and my partner are mid-week socialisers anyway. Plus most of the decent pubs/clubs down here have closed down so I don't feel like I'm missing too much.

I hope you don't have to work! What shows (or movies) and books do are you thinking of starting?

Yeah, my verbal filter turns off when I drink and I don't know when to shut up. That sucks about the meds, though. Props to you for sticking to it, I need to go back on anti-depressants but I know I'll be too weak-willed to quit drinking.

Probably Blizzard. Their customer service is excellent and I love their products. I am what they call an evangelist...

I've got a couple of responses:

Super giggly where every goddamn thing is funny, I once laughed at a tree, it wasn't even a funny looking tree, just a regular one but drunk!me thought it was hilarious.

Cuddly drunk, where contrary to my regular mood all I want is hugs from anyone that will give them.

And mildly horny drunk, where I want to make-out with everybody.

I have never seen the beans thing but that is super weird. Is it said as a nickname, like directly addressing someone like "Hey, Beans" or is it just used instead of "people" like "those beans are jerks" or something?

I agree with the clapping emoji thing, though. I think it's obnoxious as hell and I kind of want to slap anybody that does it.

"bean" is mostly used as kind of an affectionate diminutive, often self-directed, often associated with "smol". "i am just a smol bean" that kind of a thing. it's just a slightly cutesy affectation i guess.
