101: Sometimes I'm afraid of being attacked by a xenomorph - from "Aliens." Just because they can attack from any angle (being wall-crawlers and ceiling-hangers) and that was one of the few movies that managed to genuinely spook me, though I can't say why...

122: It was a black friend who dragged me into anime fandom (I myself am a Portuguese-Canadian female). She's the only fandom friend I have IRL, so I can't really comment on how common or rare black people are in fandom.

I KNOW! I can't stand her. I can't stand how everyone overlooks how she behaves, how she never gets into any real trouble for those things. But yes! There are plenty of minorities of all flavors nationalities in fandom! I didn't find out until later that more than half of my lj friends weren't white, but it's kinda natural to assume they are.
