I wonder about the one who claimed her parents were making her see some cultish therapist. I forget the details now, but this was maybe about a year and a half, two years ago?

There was also one who complained about their teaching job, and for whatever reason the trolls at the time came down really hard on them. :/ I always felt bad for them.

Also, I think it was sparrow_lately? I miss her too.

And I sometimes wonder what Stella is up to, even though I didn't always agree with her. Haven't seen faux_karen around in a while either.

Yeah, but I don't remember their names. The one with 3D girl on her icon, the guy with digestive problems, cabry-something, a person with Aladdin icon, the guy who often talks about his GF, a girl with multiple personalitis who was on FS for only a few months. Eh, my memory's awful, haha. Hope they're doing great.

RL Stine is a classic. I like his later stuff better, though. The Haunting Hour is great.

Steven King's stories are generally awesome.

My favorite horror authors are Dean Koontz and Joe Hill (I have never liked Stephen King which sucks because someone just bought me two of his books).

Best director is John Carpenter. He has so many good movies, especially The Thing and Halloween. Alfred Hitchcock has great classic horror movies. They may not seem super scary these days, but they are still good.

Konami HAD the Silent Hill series but they really fucked that up. Now we will never get Silent Hills. :(

I love the online horror writings of Mercer Scott and Amity Argot.

Soren Narnia, Adam Bash, and K.A. Statz are all great horror/podcast writers.

What actors do you love that will always make at least their scenes in a movie great?

Maggie Smith. Not that she does too many terrible movies. But she's generally always the best part of whatever she shows up in.

Peter Stormare. I know that he is always going to bring something to the screen that will be enjoyable to watch. Best part of Constantine and my 2nd favorite Lucifer.

What characters do you think are poor role models and why? By that I mean characters who are the hero/heroine of the story, NOT villains or other characters who aren't actually being set up as role models at all.

Did you ever read/watch something as a kid that maybe you shouldn't have?

How did it affect you?

I wasn't super young, but I stumbled onto a few of my parents' books that had uh, slightly more adult situations than they probably would've wanted me to see. Still extremely tame by fanfic standards though, lol. I was fascinated because I didn't know anything about sex, but I can't really say it's had any long lasting effects.
