Disney I could trust...a little. I'm sure they'll correct......some of it.

But Guy Ritchie? Was there not a WOC from the general mish-mash area the movie 'takes place' in that could direct this? They let Mira Nair direct Queen of Katwe 3 years ago. They let Coogler direct Black Panther.

I think the last time he even had a person of color in one of his movies was in Rocknrolla 11 years ago.

wish he was making a sequel to that instead of this for the umpteenth time
oh wait, Djimon Hounsou was in King Arthur I never did see that.


Either way, people are more aware of issues like that these days and Disney knows how WOM can sink a movie (although you'll always get "Anti SJW" contrarians who spend money out of spite).

I think this is exactly what their relationship is. But I think they both can have and deserve more than an unhealthy, co-dependent relationship. And they are both capable of being better, but they bring out the worst in each other.

There aren't many actresses in that height range and I don't think they can put Gwendoline Christie in *everything* (I wish).
And MCU!Val had all the Asguardian super-strength, it was just slightly harder to notice because she spent most of the movie surrounded by similarly strong characters. Not sure what you wanted there.
