I have a disability, and sometimes I talk about it on DW because it's my DW. I always try to make it clear that this disability isn't a horrible terrible no good very bad thing, but just part of who I am. Yet inevitably I get comments like "that's so hard". Those comments are meant to be supportive, but instead I wish I hadn't brought it up.

Is there a way to tactfully express that I don't want sympathy?

What hobby would you suggest for someone who wants to produce something?

How do I make myself clean my home? I can’t bring myself to do it because it will just get messy again and that discourages me so much, the fact that I can’t do it permanently. How do I just do it? How is that even hard? How is folding some clothes and recycling some empty boxes a hard thing?

My job is making me cry and have panic attacks every day and I want to quit but I need money and it's so hard to find a new job I don't even have any energy.

I'm off work today and tomorrow, woohoo! Today I slept in a bit, went for a 35-minute run for the first time in weeks (I've had the fucking flu for the past month), showered and went grocery shopping at Target (and they had everything on my shopping list, yay!), got some Starbucks, came home and did my nails (they look great, yay!). Probably going to watch some basketball or movie later, and have a glass or two of the rosé I got at Target!

My fiancée today said she thinks proposing to me might have been a mistake. She isn’t sure what she loves about me anymore, I’m just too much to deal with. I don’t have any friends I can talk about this with. I don’t want her to leave me. I don’t know what to do cause I can’t just keep crying about it until I fall asleep but I can’t stop crying. I feel like I’m going to throw up.
