124. I think that it's ok as long as the friends know of it and don't mind it. Otherwise it really is disturbing, especially if they are somewhat famous people, as someone who knows them will be able to write them more in character and may end up putting in some personal information. I went to school with some musicians and I occasionally ship them with someone, but the one time I thought of writing a fic I realized that I can't do it because I'd end up putting in information that may not be generally known. Also, knowing the people made it feel really strange in general.
