Seriously. That's one of the hard things about this show. There's supposedly only one "canon" couple, but so many other couples that work so much better. Under normal circumstances (all of the movies), I ♥ Clark and Lois. But on this show, I'll always prefer Chlark because I think it's simply portrayed/written better and they have amazing chemistry. I refuse to ship Clois simply because "they end up together in the end anyways".

107) Haha, most people are the same way. I sometimes think I'm the only one who rolls my eyes at all his little one-liners. I wonder if that's worth a secret all on its own.

130) "Oh no this person thinks their icons are special so now I'm going to boycott them on principle!" The fuck? You're treating them as special by doing that. Also I don't think the icon maker would really care about you and your friends not using their icons, seeing as their profits will be the same either way. 144) Mmmhmm. I think sometimes people really don't want to actually say the name of the series, and furthermore they don't want to give the names of any characters, so they post a few pictures of generic anime characters and then color code them. It gets kind of ridiculous after they got 5 different characters each with different color-coded "HIM"s.

NS: I ship "HIM" with "HIM" even though the majority of THIS SERIES' fandom ships "HIM" with "HIM"
S: It's because HE has cat ears and I have a cat ear fetish.

I have no idea why since it sounds really fake but some secret makers really love the style I guess. I can understand wanting to keep the series a secret...but then why post pictures of it?

154) I'm the same way with shows like Kanon or Air or Elfen Lied or any of those really--anime-y looking animes. Also something about One Piece's art always threw me off. Animation is a visual medium so of course art style will be important, you know? I never have been able to see this as a problem, though I'm sure some hardcore fans do.

145 - I'm not going to deal with a dub PERIOD. I don't care how "carefully" the actors were selected. I just prefer hearing the original voices. Proud to be a sub snob, but I don't have any hate for you dub lovers at all.

154 - I understand completely. For example, I get distracted by hair colors that aren't "natural". A good anime can make me forget it eventually, but I tend to stick to "realistic" looking anime like Monster. Of course, I don't watch a lot of off the chain stuff, so that's probably why.

108. Not all of their traditionally animated features are that great. Not to mention parts of Lion King, Mulan, Hunchaback, and Hercules and the later ones were not all done traditionally. (Yes they are 2D, but they weren't all animated traditionally, at least not the entire movie).

127. The only version of Mamoru that I like is the PGSM version, But that is because he actually acted like he cared about Usagi before he ever knew that she was "his princess", he ticked me off in the anime and all.

145. Um, I really don't know what to say, except that we have generally reached the age where liking dubs is more about taste then quality. There are dubs that I like and dubs that I don't. Series that I want to see dubbed and series that I don't. I feel so in the middle because am not on either end.

I don't remember any 3D modelled animation in the Lion King...
If you mean that Disney used computer with those films (scanned pencil animation), well, that's still 2D ("traditional") animation. Unless you really think that creating toxic waste and wasting money with old-school cel animation is the way to go.
