This, seriously. I can't stand Anna, and her idiotic pairing with Dean. I gag when I think of Sam/Ruby - it's unacceptable to me; I know it's canon, but there's so much wrong with it, and it disgusts me. The way the plot is going... eugh.

I will say - not to defend the lame "grace" storyline, since I'm certain they weren't thinking about this when they wrote it, but it does almost remind me of the Tennyo legends (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tennin) and similar stories; a celestial being, if they lose a certain something, becomes mortal / unable to return to Heaven without it. The way they executed that on SPN, though, was lame and ill thought out, IMO. :\

107. I very much liked her, she's probably my favourite superhero lead. Her "ARGH I'M USELESS AT THIS" moments were very believable and she never did anything aggravatingly stupid that undermined all her other accomplishments.
