After having had several arguments with people who claimed to not see subtext in slashy old media fandoms because they gave modern TV shows as examples of good subtext, just keep in mind that if *you* don't see subtext, it doesn't mean it's not there.

145. What I think is, there's a line between scepticism and being hardheaded and unbudging. The reason I like Ghost Hunters, for one, is that they try to disprove everything as much as they can, and even when they come up with things they can't explain, they prefer to say "this is something we can't explain, you may have some sort of activity, but we wouldn't call it a haunting" instead of saying "OMG GHOSTS." I think if you're going to say "I'm not gonna believe in ghosts without proof," you need to also be able to admit when something doesn't make sense and might hint towards something beyond what we know.

I recommend the GH episode with the lighthouse in... St Augustine, FL, I think? God, that one was weird.

Yessss she's totally made of win and they should have kept her. Shame she was only there for season 0. Her Yugi voice was way wimpy beyond belief, but her Yami voice totally made up for it, yesyes. Though I'm totally biased because I love her. <3333 And I'm normally not a Dan Green fan, but he's better than what's-his-face who did Yugi in the Japanese Yu-Gi-Oh DM.
