House and Wilson are my OTP, AND I believe they will always end up hurting each other. House is a bastard who's honest about it and Wilson's "niceness" is a myth. He's just a manipulative bastard who isn't honest about it. I believe they are perfect for each other, but the perfection is in the angst. One way Wilson will ALWAYS hurt House is with a woman because it's the only time he has power in the relationship.

Wilson is the serial cheater and for all the pain that House has caused him, Wilson has caused just as much. They myth of his "niceness" has been spoken canon since the first season, if not the first episode.
