So you don't like Dilan? Don't play with him. One of my characters interacts with him, and I've got no problem with the way he's played.

3. Having RPed in AOL's Rhy'Din for ages I got used to everyone using small, colourful fonts for their RP characters and that was all fine and good ... unless it was Comic Sans in bright pink. Still to this day when people IM me using really weird colours with a filled in background I want to ask them if they really think that looks good and how I always thought they'd be more mature than that ... I base a lot off of what colours and fonts people use on AIM and I probably shouldn't.

Actually I always assumed Dilan became against experimentation and science itself because of what happened to him and his fellow scientists when they puttered around with it too much. Not to mention the experiments they did possibly on other people before it went haywire on themselves; he could of easily done these experiments and felt guilt for their actions but continued on.

The history was not given for the original six in the game so often people are just left to rampantly speculate.

I was thinking his hatred for Xehanort dwelt from his own mistakes because of his faulty judgment which lead to him losing his fellow comrades, see a ton of pain, identity, and being completely consumed by the darkness. That was my interpretation at the very least.

Not the secret-maker, but I play Xemnas in the community, and while I think the Dilan player writes really well? I kind of personally agree that Dilan wouldn't be the kind of person who wouldn't do things if he didn't want to, you know? Like he seems powerful enough to have really put things to a stop and considering the loyalty the first five apprentices show Xemnas, that loyalty also stood strong for Xehanort? :X

Like, Xehanort wanted his memories back, and continued the experiments. It could be possible that the other five agreed in a way, and wanted to help? just a possibility, since we have no idea.

Seeing how strong Xaldin -is- just made me think that it's not possible he'd -ever- let himself be used while he was Dilan, you know? So yeah... kindalike, why the hatred and stuff. Still! :D;; ehehehe, forgot where I was going with this.

Stop beating a dead horse :/ 99% of the people in the game don't have a problem with it. That one percent that did (LOL orginal secret) didn't have the balls to say something about it without hiding here, so their opinion doesn't really count :D

#3: I agree. Not saying anything against people's rights, I just have a damn hard time reading and I really wish to not. Especially on messengers. Which is why I have Trillian, to kill all your colors and fonts. =D

#5: Ha! SG1 is a good series, so I'm told. To be frank, I'm much more into, say... House MD than I am anime. And I only watch him for the amusement of his wit. And assholishness.

#6: I don't know enough about other fandomers, but there is a reason I tend to think of fandom as fan's-R-dumb, because I admit I'm retarded enough to care, and that people get into bitchfits over... well, nothing. And hey! You may darn well be right. =D You might be more intelligent, and good on you, then. Still a geek, and part of TEH MASHES. SHES...SHES...shes...

#7: I empathize with you here. I feel the same way sometimes, which is maybe why I'm selectively vocal about what series I follow. (Like saying I'm coherent in Naruto, but not mentioning that I care more about and find more interest in, say, Island.)
