I've got a ton of them, mostly from sci fi shows to be fair.

Avon had some amazing lines.

Twelve is my favorite Doctor and I love a lot of his quotes. "Always try to be nice, but never fail to be kind" is my favorite one. It's something I tell myself a lot whenever I'm working with my students because it keeps me from getting too frustrated whenever they're acting out. I have to be a little stern, but never mean, so I can try and understand why they're acting the way they are instead of just yelling at them to sit down and do their work.

...The entirety of the english localization of Vagrant Story is genius. I think I would lose all cred if I did not at the very least mention the one that everyone went "OHHHHHHHHHH" at:

"We must wait for reinforcements!"
"Reinforcements? ... I am the reinforcements."

There are so many lines I am particularly fond of because they are so poetic and/or witty, but if you're going for proverb-esque...

"A tyrant always dies alone, Guildenstern. Surrounded by silver-tongued leeches, he is utterly alone. He sows sorrow and reaps death."

Anon who's been really hyper fixated on Bleach here.

A LOT of the volume poems. Besides certain changes, worse pacing, not as dynamic art, and the such, one thing the anime falls short on is it does not have is the poems/quotes the mangaka will put between chapters. They add depth to the ideas behind certain character motivations (and are usually portrayed with a small character panel that they might be applied to)

I've never forgotten the bit in The West Wing where, at the end of the episode, Josh Lyman gently, pensively says to Jed Bartlet, "We talk about enemies more than we used to. I just wanted to mention that."

It's not a line that really works anymore, because we're so far past the point of trying to work with the political right, now. They've proven beyond the tiniest room for doubt that enemies is the only relationship with the left (or POCs, or LGBT people, or women) that they are open to.

But back when the show first aired, it was a really beautiful, poignant line.

I have always found myself circling back to "Try not. Do or do not. There is no try." my whole life.

And, additionally:
"I can't believe it!"
"And that is why you failed."
