2. It's true in most fandoms. I don't hate anyone I've dissed in my journal -- not that I do that any longer -- but they did annoy me a lot. Solitude is bliss.

I know exactly how you feel. <3 In fact, when I was thinking between a few characters to app somewhere the other day (one of whom was my favorite character from that fandom), my friend told me I should go with someone else, just because I'd be too self-conscious and tentative otherwise. :( I really let that kind of worry get to me, I guess, which is of course good for checking yourself, but... can really tear you down, too. >_<

10. POSER JAPANESE AHOY. Seriously, if you want to feel somehow feel superior by impressing and confusing people with your wannabe-Nihongo skills, at least use the basic kanji for "watashi" and "daisuki" and maybe put "fandom" in katakana, or else you just make yourself look stupid to people who know more than you but are mature enough to use it discreetly. Ugh.

English words are traditionally written in English, though English words integrated into the Japanese language are written in katakana. 'Fandom', as far as I know, is not one of those.

She was driving me back to my aunt's house once and almost killed us both by driving on the wrong side of the road, but I don't hold it against her and it's not fandom-related anyway. XD;

She did, however, do some pretty messed-up things to several of her close friends, and we all got to know her because of fandom, anyway. I'll leave it to them to go into it if they want. It's not something I really want to get caught up in.
