I can't say I ever really thought that much about her lipstick. I guess I did sort think her overall styling was eye-catching. And she does have a rather expressive face, which probably does do its part for making her videos about pretty interesting topics that much more watchable.

Idk, I get bothered when people talk up the complaints as if everyone just hates the casting (personally, I like the casting and enjoyed season 1). It's disingenuous to valid criticisms about the show, such as the massive personality and changes with characters (Caer Morhen witchers are one such example). I move in a lot of Witcher circles and I've only encountered less than a handful of people with issues against what the characters look like (and it was Tris for her hair, although who cares honestly).

I'm all for people enjoying the show, but let's not pretend all the people who dislike it do so because of casting.
