I'm IN this fandom and I go to Teen Wolf for kinky fics, hahahaha.

I have only seen one episode of that show.

I'm super into SPN, but I've seen only a couple of episode of Teen Wolf.
Teen Wolf have some pretty good kinky AU and that fandom is the only ABO verse I can read (because canon).

If you're just in it for the kink, sometimes it's fun to go to a big fandom like that and just enjoy it without having to worry about getting sidetracked by bad characterization or canon drama or whatever. I used to do that with MCU back when that fandom still knew how to have fun.

Yeah, some of the best kink fics are wonderfully written but terribly out of character. It can be frustrating if you care about characterization or are in the fandom, so it's easier to just go nextdoor to a strange source.

Oh man yes. I tend to gravitate towards ships and fandoms where my favorite kinks/tropes are in-character. But if I'm looking for something else, I'll sometimes read random fandoms where I don't know the characters. Because obvious OOC really drives me up a wall.

Lol, I'm the same, I don't know anything about the show beyond a handful of episodes but I've read a good deal of filthy fic for it when I was browsing for fic by kink tags. No idea if anything I read was OOC, as far as I'm concerned it was fine, hahahaha

I can relate. I've never watched any Supernatural and the name of the show put me off for such a long time that I was late to the kink party. But there was this one epic, multichaptered, complete, kidnapping and bestiality fic where one of the characters is batshit crazy and the other is trying to survive him and they fall in (extravagantly fucked-up) love and kill a serial rapist cop ... and yeah. That one fanfic basically changed my opinion from "pass" to enthusiastic curiosity, for good, where the Supernatural fandom is concerned.
