This makes me glad that Lost in the Pond has been deliberate in growing his channel. I discovered the channel in late 2020 when he had around 250K or so subscribers. He's now over 600k, and the content is still good. He's not even making an effort to pad the runtime. That one makes me a bit sad, as I'd like a 15+ minute video from his channel a few times a year.

Every time I find out more information about one of those companies that sponsor YouTubers, it turns out their product sucks. Betterhelp is particularly infamous.

Literally the only reason I can still watch Youtube is because of the outrageous number of extensions I have. Sponsorblock (doesn't work with 100% of channels but tends to do pretty well), Youtube Search Fixer, and Blocktube are absolute musts.

She makes some of the most beautiful music of her generation. But I do not know who half these people the songs supposedly are about, are. I just use the music to get inspired for fanfics and fanvids.

I'm not all that interested in her current love life, either. However, I do sometimes think it's sometimes interesting to know who some of her songs are about. Though I will say that when I know who a song is about, I do wonder about the other side of the story.
That is not any sort of knock on Taylor Swift, of course her songs are from her own perspective, just that sometimes one person's view doesn't actually tell the whole story.

I agree, but also this is in no way a new thing. People love to try to work out what or who the song is "really" about and that's been going on for decades.

I think this type of ending is just more common in East Asian media in general, I've watched plenty of Korean and Japanese shows and movies where it's left on a more open-end. I'm not saying you have to like it, more that there's a reason for it other than to be annoying.

I think with Chinese shows because they're so heavily aware of the fandoms around them they have a habit of doing more open-ended stories so that the fans can do what they want in fanfic/art, and in the case of the paywall episodes that sadly tends to come about from having to curtail to censorship. Which isn't great but I'm forgiving of that since I know that they'd likely have that ending in the main release were they able to do so, they just want to be able to actually air what they made.

It's okay to not like the dynamics of a particular lineup. I haven't seen this season yet but for me it was season 10. COVID restrictions obviously didn't help but except for Mawaan and Katherine sometimes, I didn't really enjoy the contestants.

Most of those were never used in mainstream fandom or in mainstream social media. The one that was, /s, is still widely in mainstream use.

Something gives me the feeling you're the type that will ignore this and declare that it's simply reality that's wrong, though.
