I don't know if it's an objectively good movie but it's one of my favourite Star Wars movies. I like World War II movies and Rogue One hits a lot of those beats. It's like a weird mashup of The Battle of Britain, The Guns Of Navarone, and something set on Guadalcanal, at least to me, and I enjoy it.

I mean, I guess to the extent that both of them are fantastical romances that draw inspiration from Draco Malfoy-related shipping. So like. Only in the broadest possible sense. AFAIK the Manacled writer wasn't even in Homestuck fandom so how comparable can it even be.

I wish I didn't know it was based on a Dramione fic. As a Drarry shipper, I doubt I'd be able to compartmentalize enough to get past it.

Then I went and looked up The Locked Tomb, and the covers look sick af. Got all intrigued for a sec. Then realized it's F/F.

Damn it.

My shipping preferences are getting in the way all over the place on this one. :/

Dang. Wish Case had posted my secret about this below yours. But I can comment on both. Lol.

The Steven Lim hate is ridiculous. He ate expensive food for a Buzzfeed series. So what? He wasn't paying for it and the series was popular enough to get multiple seasons. Shows like Try Guys and Good Mythical Morning also do the expensive food crap and no one is crying about how they are "out of touch".

And the Tesla thing is so fucking stupid. You can get some models of a Tesla for less than 40k. With the money you save on gas and tax write offs, it's a great car to get if you live in a city with the infrastructure for electric.

Genuine question: how do you get into bookbinding without knowing this? I can’t think of any beginner resources that don’t at least mention different sizes.

Did you get into binding via typesetting? Because I’ve seen that mentioned many times in FS and I’m guessing you’re the same anon. Is binding a hobby for you or is this a fandom outlet like those people who bind other fans’ fic? I’ve tried asking variations of these things before because I have loads of resources that could help you depending on what you’re trying to do.
