Almost unbelievably dumb opinion.

Hi Fashy anon.

(Anonymous) 2024-09-26 11:48 pm (UTC)(link)
Almost all the eps from PP are rescuing or helping citizens. Did I miss an ep where one of the dogs bite a person during a riot??

(Anonymous) 2024-09-27 12:02 am (UTC)(link)
I assume their thought process is that it depicts cops doing positive things, therefore it is fascist.

Then OP will have a heart attack when they know Chilli works as airport security.

'ACAB, including Paw Patrol' is a pretty common meme. Not sure if OP actually believes it, or is just trolling/riffing on the meme, but they didn't invent the idea, at least.

Have you actually watched the shows?

(Anonymous) 2024-09-27 12:20 am (UTC)(link)
Because this is just dumb.

(Anonymous) 2024-09-27 12:21 am (UTC)(link)
Do you know what fascism actually is?

(Anonymous) 2024-09-27 12:32 am (UTC)(link)
Fascism is an organized police force.

Non-fascist societies don't have police. They deal with crime (which is the product of various combinations of external forces outside the control of the individual who commits it) through transformative justice and the expansion of social services.

i thought fascism was when the police force worked directly for the government to silence/punish anyone who speaks out against that government.

definition from google:

Fascism is a far-right form of government in which most of the country's power is held by one ruler or a small group, under a single party. Fascist governments are usually totalitarian and authoritarian one-party states. Under fascism, the economy and other parts of society are heavily and closely controlled by the government, usually by using a form of authoritarian corporatism, where companies and workers are supposed to work together under national unity. The government uses violence and police power to arrest, kill or stop anyone it does not think useful.

Fascism is a belief that it is necessary to kill people over philosophical disagreements.

It's these protesters in the street wearing balaclavas and beating people up because they won't hate Israelis/Jews.

Well, Bluey has 3/4 main characters as female, and Paw Patrol has The Girl.

(Anonymous) 2024-09-27 12:35 am (UTC)(link)
Paw Patrol has several girl dogs. Though Skye is the most prominent.

(Anonymous) 2024-09-27 01:16 am (UTC)(link)
Not gonna lie I'm reading this in Mickey Atkins' voice.

(Anonymous) 2024-09-27 01:16 am (UTC)(link)
Paw Patrol is Canadian and Bluey is Australian.

Bluey in the Genocide

[personal profile] feotakahari 2024-09-27 01:47 am (UTC)(link)
We watch the cricket episode,
All laconic drawls and summer
Games, a dedicated pup learning
To play while his father is away.
His name is Rusty, he's a star
At bat. My son laps it up, as do I
Until the end; the scene shifts
And there is the distant dad
In combat fatigues, and I learn
Even in this cartoon world
There is a desert full of dogs
Soldiers and guns, and somewhere
Out of frame, Arabs being put down.

Those poor, unfortunate, totally innocent Arabs, who would definitely never violently put their neighbors down.

(lol, I'm not out here watching media made for under-10s but I do love a silly meme.)

So the best Australian show for preschoolers is better than the one of the worst American shows for preschoolers? Okay. Now do Sesame Street vs anything recommended by the AFP.

(Anonymous) 2024-09-27 01:14 pm (UTC)(link)
I see that even here, Bluey is Serious Business.

(Anonymous) 2024-09-27 01:41 pm (UTC)(link)
I feel like the autistic Gen Alphas for whom Paw Patrol is a special interest are gonna be in for a rude awakening when they get old enough to join the grown-up Internet.

(Anonymous) 2024-09-27 03:21 pm (UTC)(link)
I have no idea what this even means. Do you mean furry art when you say grown-up internet????
