I remember reading a Supernatural and House MD crossover about Dean getting sick from a curse that I was so invested in, but it got deleted before it was even completed :(

This is reminding me how often I use to visit the crossovers page on FFnet for Naruto and YuGiOh back in the day. I don't think I even had a preference for a fic, I just wanted to see how many crossovers other people came up with for my favorite series at the time (and definitely read my fair share of Hogwarts and X-Men AUs too).

I just need to get my uncle a gift and then I’m all set for presents. Otherwise I am preparing for working on this coming Saturday and the Monday and Christmas Eve, so yeah, deeps breaths there. But I’ve got 5 days off after and then some holiday booked off in Jan and Feb to look forward to.

While mentioning it in another thread I realized I never announced it here, so now I have! I got him last Sunday. I was planning to get an older cat, but this one just fell in love with me. He nips my fingers and tracks litter everywhere, but otherwise he’s perfect. My own little baby. I still get anxious about whether I can handle being responsible for another being, especially because I’m terrible with daily routines and I’ve just added a whole bunch more to my life, but also I love him more than anything and he’s a precious wecious yes he is.

Christmas movies

Are there any Christmas movies that you like and/or rewatch around this time of year?

I usually get out Muppets Christmas Carol and a few Christmas tv specials from shows like Vicar of Dibley, Futurama and Spongebob - but I also want to rewatch a romcom I saw with my friend years ago called Last Christmas (I'm not even that big on romcoms, but I enjoyed it a lot more than I had expected).
