TBH, in her case, yeah, but I'm not a fan of assuming anyone who says they're not political is secretly conservative. if it's a famous person, sure, but I often say that as a white lie to avoid arguments IRL, and I'm pretty left.

Well, she's an Evangelical Christian country music singer, so I kind of assume she's a Republican. But are you sure she's specifically a Trump supporter? Yes, she absolutely could be, and yeah, she played at his inauguration, but I would assume she's getting a nice paycheck, a not insignificant portion of her fanbase are likely Trump supporters, and she might have that view of patriotism that says that if the President asks, you comply.

I think people without any firsthand knowledge who say they saw it coming are just trying to maintain a sense of control... they can just tell! No one they like would be an abuser! I especially hate when people act like because they never liked his work, that means they somehow knew. Fair enough if it wasn't to your taste, but that doesn't mean anything.

Trump steals water from CA farmers

So when Trump boasted about "turning on the tap" in California, what he meant was "steal and waste water that was already allocated and paid for" (by farmers who voted for him.)

And if the Army Corps of Engineers had followed Trump's original order, it's likely levees would've failed and people would've died in the resultant floods, instead of just not having enough water come summer because California lives under constant threat of drought while also growing a ton of America's food (and Trump Tariffs are about to kick in and make $ food into $$$ food.)
