It'd be funny if Doctor!Rose pinned over Rose. To me, anyway

In a similar vein, I think Snowpiercer should have ended about five minutes earlier than it did. I was rooting for humanity to end.

9 was my introduction to Dr Who and I haaaaate Rose.

(useless context: i was deep in the fandom years back, now i happily completely moved on after they fucked up the lore one too many times during Whittaker's run)
is this how i discover that "Rose" is the new doctor??? HOW. How is that possible.
And I don't even dislike Rose that much, but why does the Doctor now have her appearance?

The only good think that can come from this is all the "selfcest" shipping, honestly. I hope people will have a good time with that.

There's probably more but yeah...I was always scared to find out that Beatrix Potter was an awful person but so far, so good.

I made up an OC for one of my longer stories (focused on canon characters mostly, but the OC is important for a few plot points). My friend fell in love with OC. I wish I could be as enthusiastic about OC as she is.

She makes a lot of fanart for OC, constantly thinks about OC and wants to talk about them etc. I KNOW I should be nothing other than grateful. But the thing is... OC is by far not one of the most interesting characters I've drawn or written and I felt kind of meh about them from the get-go. It's not for me when people center stories around their fanmade OCs (nothing wrong with it, just not my cup of tea). Point is, I don't even like OC that much and my friend's incredible enthusiasm is kinda pushing me to dislike OC and to dread getting to the part of the story that centers them.

I don't want to tell her, because I know it would hurt her.

Of course I would never show anything other than gratefulness and happiness for the stuff the fandom friend keeps making/writing for me and try to find things to compliment about it. Sometimes I feel like I cannot fake it and try to wait on replying until I am in a better mood.

I dislike a lot of fanarts where the characters are depicted as trans men simply because they often include top surgery scars.
I hate those scars. They are not sexy and I can't stop thinking about all the pain from those types of invasive surgery.
I wish people just drew trans men with pussies and masculine unscarred pecs... PLEASE...

(yep, I know this is insensitive and potentially not inclusive of me. IDC I just want to find my fictional trans men hot, thanks)

How is Rose the Doctor? I am clearly very out of the loop with DW.

But I too hated Rose by the end of her run. She was fun in the beginning, then just got really annoying and they pushed the whole love thing so much I just wanted her gone and never to see her again by the end.

I love those scars. I think they are so cool looking for some reason. I mean, I like scars in general, but those are just really attractive to me. I know I'm weird.

I mean, I like Billie Piper, I'm sure her ACTING will be fine at least. And I hate this less than how the last two regenerations went. (David Tennant wasn't always my least favorite Doctor, however) But yeah, still feels like a bad choice made out of desperation for publicity, and I doubt that bodes well for the writing.

I hate that certain trans headcanons have invaded my fandom and are showing up everywhere. I hate reading about trans characters.

(Not that I think they shouldn't be allowed to be written, I just wish they weren't popular in my fandom spaces.)

I knoooowww! :( And the series were so short and had too many Doctor-lite episodes, he barely got more time onscreen than Christopher Eccleston! NGL I'm just waiting for the EU to do justice to the Thirteenth and Fifteenth Doctors. Really hope they get their own Big Finish series soon.

The sex scenes are very much '2000's slash fanfic' vibes which is something I find amusing for the nostalgia hit but man they are not good, lmao. But yeah people act like you're some kind of puritan conservative if you say you think the sex-scenes are bad, like I enjoy smut in my books, but I want well-written smut, not whatever the fuck is going on in MDZS xD

the part where one of the characters somehow magically couldnt help but put on a feeble act for absolutely no reason is making me crack up irl

AYART considering the fact that A LOT of people draw those scars I doubt you are that weird in liking them. In fact I feel like I'm the weirdo here... hence the secret.

I actually don't mind the commercials that come along with watching movies on some streaming services - it gives me a break from trying to focus and lets me walk around to exercise out my nervous energy.

Unfortunately, I think thats going to be true of media-anything. Rule 1, be conventionally attractive and if they have 1 nonconventional trait then they better have perfect scores in every other category :(

I loved the recent Salem's Lot remake, and prefer it to the original.
