I think this weirds me out for a different reason entirely. It's one thing to use those terms or framing devices to care for yourself, but it's another thing to encourage it as part of the relationship between streamers and their viewers. That makes me a bit uncomfortable, on both sides of the equation.
(Personally speaking, I do sometimes struggle at consistently eating and drinking and going for a walk, etc. when I'm really focused on work or hobbies. And there are plenty of adult responsibilities I have to sort of bully myself into. So I don't think I have a lot of space to criticize, even if I don't love the term "adulting" itself.)
