The people who worked on Johnny Bravo claimed that Johnny had sex before, and the show is about the times he struck out, and I'm going to say that's bullshit. Johnny acts like he's never had sex in his entire life, and that's fine. The creators sound defensive over the possibility of their macho character being a virgin, but I thought him being a virgin was the entire point of the show.

It makes me sad that the creators feel that way. The whole amusing part of him was that he was the stereotypical macho, narcissistic man who thinks they are all that with the women. And the show was laughing at that, showing that this kind of man rarely actually appeals to women.

But also, I think a lot of you guys have this idea that because you'd be put off by this type of dude, all women would. The reason PUAs keep existing is because they do occasionally meet someone whose into their shit.

I really love playing "counter-factuals", the game Sheldon and Amy made up, from The Big Bang Theory with friends. It is fucking hilarious how crazy you can make an explanation as long as you can make a link no matter how tenuous. 10/10 Completely recommend.

When Princess Diana died, my Mom bought me one of those paper cutout dress up dolls of her - the flat ones, which had lots of "outfits" that would "attach" via folding tabs that never really worked.

I thought it was an evil demon due to how the manufacturer had portrayed her eyes, and I hid it under the wardrobe for years. It was the basis of an aversion to Princess Diana I had for (honestly) far too long.

Marvel's casting department for their TV shows is pretty spot on. They are able to always find a cheaper actor who looks and sounds like a more expensive "name" actor, and who can actually act as if they were a "name" actor too. That is some true genius.

Having read the comment "Sometimes I feel like K is playing to an audience of 30 year old clones who have just been released into the wild and must learn how to be human," on Dr. K's Disco Elysium playthrough: 1) It struck true to me as someone who does watch Dr. K on occasion lmao. and 2) if Javert ever made it to the modern era, someone really needs to sit him in front of one of Dr. K's videos.

I feel for Javert because the dude probably started off life feeling like his existence is inherently wrong, and overcompensated in a horrible way. His character seems evergreen, and I can't help but yearn for him to have become unbroken even by a small amount. Ah, my heart.
