There's a lot of things Will could put on the shirt but I don't see how manwhore is one of them given his sex life. I disagree with the comment above that being attracted to or flirting with the women he's flirted with makes him any kind of a whore, particularly.

Swiping ideas isn't out of the realm of possibility, true. However, since the SPN writers seem aware of fandom but also don't appear to like the fandom very much, I doubt they're going to fanfiction for good ideas. :\ They're probably more than aware that they're trying to appeal to the larger, broader population of casual viewers than their fans on the internet.

Well...they CAN, but not many of them WILL. Especially the ones I'm familiar with. I'm a frequent visitor to them, and most of them have been hand-fed for most of their lives. They're far from harmless, though.

Because it's only bad if someone else is getting off to it, that's why.

Ooookay before I continue, I just like to point out that I'm sticking strictly on the canon of the show in this debate. So I usually avoid the "was the kiss sexual assault or not" topics like the plague since they go nowhere and start so much hate and wank. With that in mind, no I'm not victim blaming at all. I'm not a rape apologist either.

Anyway....

You say Karofsky was coercive with his apology but what Kurt said before it implies that Kurt already forgave him even without a proper apology. for Karofsky.

well, there are some people on this comm who will get into any kind of argument and not bother to read what the other person is writing, just to argue a point that isn't even necessarily in the argument. I tend to attract this type because I'm often loud and obnoxious, but I'm never surprised by it since I see it all over the place.

No, you aren't. I didn't want to go there, because I feared unnecessary discussions, but I found that part pretty hot, too.
I don't mind some fictional abuse - those blushy little shota and sexy man-who-is-hot share tru wuv romances never got me, I like shota for all the levels of wrongness and the effed up relationships. (I like Claude/Alois, but only if it's portrayed accordingly and without happiness and love and all that jazz.)

That's why I avoid the Kuroshitsuji fandom (and couldn't watch the first Kuroshitsuji feat Ciel series), and what I saw of the Loveless fandom killed pretty much any interest I might have had in the manga before I even looked at it. :/

Alois/Hannah got me into shota/woman. Sadly fandom doesn't provide one with anything her as far as I know.

Still, that's pretty impressive. And sometimes self-confidence can make the biggest difference in zombie apocalyspes, so don't sell yourself short! Plus, I'm pretty sure that roo army idea would work out nicely, with a little tweaking at least 8D'

You know what, I think we're just gonna have to agree to disagree. For me I read that very differently. Like, that was how I felt when my abuser lost his son. All I could think was that he looked so miserable and broken and I didn't feel angry at him anymore and I couldn't see him as a monster at that moment. But... I never forgave him for what he did to me. And that's kind of how I see it. And maybe people with different experiences put different things into that scene. But for me all I could think is that if he had apologized for the abuse after the funeral while crying I would feel terribly obligated to say it's okay and would find that really coercive and difficult to back out of. I think Karofksy should have waited. And he should have done it when they were alone and when he had actually taken some kind of effort to change himself. Like I said, we should probably just agree to disagree.

Assuming that the bnf did really say "it's not rape when they fall in love" then it's not kink shaming but a necessary reality check for this person. This trope is not okay neither should it be!

YES. I relate so much to everything you just wrote. I like things that are fucked up beyond belief. And I really hate what they did to Ciel in the anime versus the manga. the anime made him way too kind and the relationship between Seb and Ciel into some kind of shounen ai love story. It ruined the dynamic for me almost completely.

Loveless is interesting, but the fandom sucks. I only read it for the side characters at the moment, but the main relationship is pretty effed up in the manga. It's actually a Josei series so it's meant for adults, but most of the fandom is really young and only read it for the shounen ai which is a shame.

Alois/Hannah is such an interesting dynamic. I love it so much. I really don't get the amount of hate she gets.

Because obviously:

1) Kurt is a saint and has never done anything to hurt anyone ever. In fact, little birds and squirrels follow him to class perched on his Gucci clad shoulder and sing in his wake. Tra. La. La.

2) Looks are the only thing that determines a persons treatment in life. So we should totes only be nice to pretty/cute/handsome people because OBVIOUSLY they are far superior/better/nicer than the rest of the ugly/fat/defective peons.

Hey OP, just wanted to say that my dad passed away a couple of months ago too and the weirdest stuff sets me off. The other day I was watching old Nostalgia Critic reviews and I got to the one of Jack Frost, which is clearly an awful, awful film but has the theme of fathers dying in it so I was crying and sort of giving myself the side-eye for crying at a NOSTALGIA CRITIC REVIEW.

So yeah, YANA basically. Plus Doctor Who is awesome.

OK The reasons I ship Kurtofsky are

Shallow: I think they look cute together. I also love pairing that have the opposite attract thing going.

Not-Shallow: I really think Kurtofsky would be one of the most interesting pairings in the series, romantic or friendship based. After all that bad blood between them in the past and they somehow become friends/lovers despite of it, that catches my attention. I personally would like a romantic relationship and the causes and effects of it to happen(Like what would their friends say; what would they do about it; would their relationship work?). Even in friendship interesting stuff would happen(Dave learning to be more open to people; coming to terms with himself; Kurt learning that not all gay people are the same; again the reactions of their friends/family).

Why the hate, Anon? There are Kurtofsky shippers out there who aren't all, 'Y U HATE?! DAVE IS ADOWABLE AND A TEDDY BEAR AND LOVVERLY AND AWESOME AND A PUDDING CUP ON THE INSIDE, DON'T EVEN FRONT!!' They do exist. Some of them, myself included, even believe that Karofsky can be redeemed (note that I did not feel the need to use quotation marks there) without him and Kurt ending up together.

The entire Kurtofsky fandom is not the seething pile of delusional, rape apologist, abuse loving, humiliation fetishists that you seem to think it is. Way to stereotype. Seriously. Just because you have had interactions with Kurtofsky shippers or fic like that doesn't mean they're all like that.

Why don't you both go back to your hole and let the grownups talk?
