It does bother me when people use muggle as an insult, mostly because that's the kind of thing people were fighting against in the books, but it's fun pretending to be magical. I do it all the time. With friends IRL and otherwise. So yeah, you're silly is my point.

Well of course they're assholes. I don't know if you've realized this, but most main characters, especially in horror/sci-fi, are assholes. In fact, most heroes are assholes. The question is whether they are likable assholes. For you, they are not. For me, they are. I mean, I don't really get what you're saying, because Rufus was the most clearly irredeemable asshole hunter there was. Even Samuel had his love for Mary and Deanna, and Bobby, Cas, Dean, and Sam had devotion going for them, for a while. Rufus was an asshole to people he didn't know from adam, and who came to his door wanting his help trying to save people. He then basically extorted them for alcohol (not just moonshine, but top of line, this'll put you back alcohol). But he was so likable about it that you don't care. You clearly just like your assholes to be proud and loud.

I find it hilarious that someone other than Katniss is being called a Sue. And aww, Peeta. He's the boyscout character, it's why I liked him so much and why I could assume other people wouldn't.

I'm fairly sure for a while there I was absolutely terrified of the Avatar (the blue alien movie one) fandom. They seem to be less prevelant now, thank fuck.

Oh wow, haven't seen this in a while. I personally loved this series, it was pretty much all I watched in 5th grade-ish. But yeah, I hold the fourth movie in discontinuity. Never happened.

I recall some interview with him in which he basically said that was the basis for how he portrayed Edward Cullen. Something along the lines of figuring 'the guy's been a virgin for 100+ years? Definitely some self-loathing going on.'

Why is this a secret? Who would legitimately care that you're looking forward more to a less popular game than a more popular game? Those who like the popular game won't give a shit, and rest might even praise you for supporing a smaller developer.

I had to giggle at your comment because almost the exact same thought came through my mind in regards to the show.

"Thank goodness the show is only loosely based on the books...I saw the first episode-it was awful. I didn't see the point of continuing."

I think it really must depend on which you were exposed to first.
